Misrepresentation
This property is okay. Location is good. It's a very large development with lots of pools and other recreational options. The kitchen was very lacking in equipment and I requested some things that I did receive. However, the description says there is a Keurig coffee maker and there is not one. I requested one and did not get it. I requested discs for the shuffleboard but did not get a response back on that. My internet was out February 10th and to this date I have not heard back from the property manager. They lied to me and told me it was the entire development that was out when it was not true. I had to laugh at the open can of coffee half gone that was provided. There is no hot tub at this unit as stated in the description. The master bathroom does not have a tub as stated in the description. The description states that you will receive tickets to attractions in the area. I was told that I did not qualify for this benefit because I was there for 2 months and extended stays don't receive tickets. What a joke. I stayed for the months of January and February. The first floor was freezing cold. The second floor is very warm. It was hard to find a comfortable temperature. I would not stay at this unit again or deal with this property management company again.
