Relaxing and quiet with easy access to the pool - shopping and restaurants in Foothills
Newly furnished with plenty of room for up to 4 people. Bedroom offers a king size bed with small desk and chair and oversize closet. Bathroom offers a beautiful walk in shower. Kitchen is fully equipped with dining table for 4. Washer and dryer are in closet off kitchen.
Living room offers large smart TV with a couch and 2 chairs that will seat 5. There is a desk in the living room that also pulls out into a Queen Bed.
Condo is right outside the pool and parking.
You will be walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, banks and minutes from the Rillito Path.
From Swan and Sunrise you can get to all areas of town including TMC, Banner and St Joseph Hospital, University of Arizona, Downtown and those businesses near the airport

Excellent location, and quiet.
Nicely maintained smallish condo project. Our unit was great for convenience and was quiet. Would have been nice to have more natural light, but this is a first floor unit so that is a trade off.

Good location, decent value, needs updated furnishings/decor, needs a thorough cleaning. Pool not heated as advertised. Host Jeanine was the best ever helping resolve several issues. Would book again with her.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice place to stay!
