Nice house in nice neighborhood
The house was nice for the price. We were able to walk to several restaurants and bars in the neighborhood and we were not far from the downtown area. A couple of updates would help. The bathroom fan is noisy when first turned on. Also, the blinds were broken in a couple of spots so light came through. TV batteries were dead when we arrived but they dropped off replacements within a couple of hours, which was appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great digs in a great location
The first night of my stay there was no hot water which took several calls, texts and emails to resolve. A maintenance man came the following morning and discovered the pilot light on the hot water heater had gone out and he quickly reignited it resolving the issue. The back bedroom with the king sized bed was much colder than the rest of the unit even with the bedroom door left open while I was away from the unit. On my last night I slept in the near bedroom because it was warm only to discover the lack of a flat sheet and blanket which I had to snag off the king bed. The only other minor issue was the guest in the upstairs unit who knocked on the door last night to ask how long my rental car would be parked in “his space” on the curb in front of the unit.
