A stunning studio space, the Ocean and Mountain View Penthouse is a stylish and modern space that exudes sophistication and comfort. One of the building's most luxurious studio layouts, the suite's open-concept design and floor-to-ceiling windows allow for natural light to fill the space almost in its entirety while providing unrestricted private access to one of the best views in the city! Our suite features a large terrace accessed from the living space that boasts incredible views of the city, mountains and ocean. An outdoor dining table and lounge chairs allow an intimate and picturesque experience. Guests sleep on a comfy queen-size mattress topped with high-end pillows and bedding; moreover, the couch converts into a high-end sofa bed to create additional sleep space perfect for children and friends travelling together. Additionally, the suite features a fully-functional kitchenette and dining table, complete with all basic culinary needs. For added convenience, the suite includes a high-efficiency, in-suite washer and dryer, along with high-speed WiFi and a smart television with access to your favourite streaming services.

The Janion Building possesses a rich history, initially constructed in 1891 and later transformed into a sustainable residential complex through meticulous renovation and restoration. The innovative design maximizes space and energy efficiency, offering guests a remarkable glimpse into the past while enjoying modern comforts. Policies and Booking Requirements
Age Requirement: Our policy requires the guest making the reservation to be at least 20 years old in order to book.

Cancellation: By confirming this booking, guests agree to our cancellation policy. If you are concerned you may need to cancel outside of the policy, we suggest guests acquire travel insurance to assist in mitigating any losses.

Check-in: We provide self-check-in with a standard check-in window of 4:00 - 7:00 pm. We ask that guests arriving past the standard window carefully read their check-in instructions and reach out with any questions prior to their arrival, as our support team is only available until 7:00 pm. Moreover, we kindly ask that guests arriving in the evening are mindful to keep noise to a minimum.

Occupancy: Our policy permits only the number of guests booked initially to occupy the suite. No Pets. Children Welcome.

No Smoking: Strictly enforced. No Smoking on balconies or in the suite. (Note: The Strata strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine).

Both parkades also offer free parking from 8 pm to 8 am. We recommend downloading and using the Park Victoria App to simplify the payment process and avoid the hassle of using a meter. Additionally, for easy unloading, there is a designated hotel zone located outside 528 Pandora.

We enjoyed the bright, comfortable suite in the Janion with amazing views of the harbour. It’s a small , compact suite with all the amenities. Perfect for 2 people.

Cute studio with awesome views
This studio has everything needed for one or two people for a few nights in Victoria. All the amenities are available in the kitchen, and the patio provides a great space to enjoy views of the inner harbor. Don't forget your sleep mask; the blinds don't cut out that much of the morning sun.

Fabulous Firsts in Victoria
This was a wonderful four days full of fabulous firsts for my husband and myself, in Victoria. We were so thrilled to have chosen this great spot in the heart of the city. Food, shopping, culture and sights all right out the door... and the view! Oh my goodness. You'll love this place.
