Needs a better cleaner
When we got to the property at 10 PM from the airport, we pulled back the comforter on both beds and there was hair and all sorts of who knows what all over the bed sheets. So we stripped both beds and wash the sheets, but we could only rinse them because there wasn't any detergent or fabric softeners. The coffee bar was not restocked. There was no creamer and like 3 packets of sugar. But what was really disappointing was the lack of cleanliness. We had to clean everything. There were a large amount of dust bunnys under the bed. We wiped down the sticky counter tops with paper towels and cleaner and you could see on the paper towels how dirty the they were. We cleaned the shower because there was hair in it. Everything was dusty.The floor was dirty. My socks got dirty from walking on the floor. I don't know who is cleaning this place.But they are not doing a good job. Other than that, the beds were comfortable once we cleaned them. The neighborhood was very quiet.We felt safe and the modern aesthetic was nice. Check in was easy. Never talked to the host once. Never saw or heard from the person that lives below. Overall i suggest the host get a better cleaner and restock items they should have like laundry detergent, paper towel, etc.
