About this property

Super cozy cultus lake retreat with awesome ammenities, with pool hot tub gym

This cottage is 6 years old and has a private hot tub and a beautiful outdoor kitchen and a cozy outdoor patio
In this gated community you will have access to the well taken care of amenities that include a shallow kids pool/water park area and regular pool
The Rec centre includes a pool table , shuffle board , poker table , full size kitchen to cook for a private party that you may book/ reserve as well . The 60 acre site is whistler themed with little walking trails and common lawn areas to play bocce or what have you
There is also pickle ball and a basketball court that is close by to the walking trail around the large pond… Also, there is an outdoor large barbeque area that can be used for functions… The rec centre can be pre-booked for special occasions… And on the other side of the property there is access to the shallow creek that makes for lounging in lawn chairs, quite nice in the hot weather
The people are very friendly within the community and the boat launch is 3 minutes away

Just 5 minutes away is a fantastic 18 hole renowned golf course / driving range / min golf and of course that’s just steps away from the famous cultus lake water park

You will not be disappointed with this pristine cottage property

Lovely Retreat
Property was beautiful and super quiet . Plenty of trails to walk and forest to admire . Hot tub was a huge hit with everyone as well as the deck Enjoyed our stay 💗

On the beautiful sunny mornings in the summertime, it’s awesome to enjoy your coffee in the early mornings with the deer in the backyard lounging around sometimes

What makes this property unique

This property is a lot more quiet than the other properties across the street that being said the deer like to hang out in the back by the garage, stay tuned for the new spa that I’m incorporating to include an infrared, sauna, and cold plunge. We do also have a hot tub that is already on site. Come this fall we will also be implementing massage tables as well and the spa for your personal masseuse that you may bring or have us arrange
