One bedroom on the main floor. Upstairs features - 3 bedrooms with a generous master bedroom and ensuite. Large finished basement has full bathroom, laundry room and a nice office. Walking distance to Kerrisdale, Oakridge, Vancouver College and conveniently located close to South Granville, in a super convenient!

Convenient but noisy
Likely a relatively new listing with some teething problems that can all be readily improved. We stayed here while our daughter was moving to UBC and very convenient location. However, on a busy street and very noisy so likely better for short term business stay than for a vacation.
