Clean and comfortable
The place was just as listed. We came to St Gen for work and would stay here again. No bells and whistles but we didn’t expect any….just comfortable and clean.

This property has a lot to offer; a desk area for those, who need to complete a few work things; a hot tub and outdoor fire pit, for those who just want to relax; a privacy fence, so you can relax without any interruptions from the outside world; a charcoal grill, for the grill master; smart tv's for those who just want to be inside; and games for raining days.

The house is centrally located between Ste. Genevieve, MO, Perryville, MO, and Kaskaskia, IL. History buffs beware! Kaskaskia, IL was the first capital of IL and Ste. Genevieve was the first settlement in MO. This area is full of history. Being centrally located also makes it a great place for wine connoisseurs. Come checkout what all the local area has to offer.
