Welcome to spacious family friendly home surrounded by trees in an acre of land at Crofton, the ocean side village within an hour’s drive from Victoria and Nanaimo. The house has big backyard which looks like a park. Regional parks and beachfront with sea walk is within 2 minutes drive.
We prefer guests who respect the house rules posted below -please read it prior to booking.

High speed Gigabit WIFI :up to 10,00Mbs speed.

We provide white bed sheets and towels.

Brand new mattresses,linens,65”4K Roku TV, kitchenware and many more new items.
Regular beds accommodate 12guests .Double high air mattresses with built in pump available for extra guests with an additional payment.
Each bedroom is unique with its own AC/heat pump and the house is fully air conditioned. Room with queen beds facing the greenery backyard has beautiful cedar wood walls and guests can have similar experience of staying in a cabin. This bed room with adjacent half wash room can be turned into a private suite by locking the hallway door. The Master bedroom also have attached (full)bath and the 3rd washroom is a 5 piece wash.

Hammocks, swings and picnic table at the backyard .

Wood or Propane fire pit available to use at back patio depending on the local laws.

Wood burning Pacific fire box is retained for use in winter, just to provide you an experience during your stay.

Spacious living room along with long hallways and dinning room provide enough space for families with kids on a pleasure trip or looking venue for family gathering .

2350 sq.ft ground level indoor space,3patios ,double garage , plenty of outdoor space and parking for multiple vehicles including trucks, buses ,boats and RVs.

Relax at the quiet spacious backyard which has trees on either sides .

Enjoy ocean view and privacy of the house, watch deers visiting the property.

Guest access :smart lock near the 9 feet long window at the maintenance. Access code which is sent the day prior to your check in date is time sensitive to the exact hours of your scheduled check in &check out. Exact address is automatically displayed in the system prior to your scheduled check in.

TV is on guest mode and it’s safe to login with your favorite streaming account or to cast from your cellphone either wirelessly to Roku TV / Chrome cast or using the adapters provided.

Behaviour that would disturb the neighbours are NOT acceptable and you may be asked to leave the property anytime without refund . Person who booked the house must be part of the group unless otherwise discussed at booking

The house is located in Crofton , an oceanside village just 15 minutes drive from downtown Duncan. Duncan is a small city with all amenities including departmental stores,restaurants, 24/7 McDonald’s /Tim Hortons and other popular fast food chains. Duncan is within an hour drive from Victoria and Nanaimo.

Cowichan Valley (Duncan area)offers you variety of experiences including whale watching at Cowichan bay and numerous other activities .This mid island location will certainly benefit you to stay here for a few days and explore almost all popular attractions in Vancouver Island from Victoria to Campbell River. A quick two way trip to Tofino is also possible if you start early in the morning. Crofton has a long beautiful community sea bridge with Sandy beach and Ferry terminal to Saltspring Island.
