Needs Updating!!
Would not pay the amount of money to rent again! Needs a lot of updates! Dining chairs stained & torn, no ice maker or ice trays, part of popcorn ceiling in den damaged, canvas picture in dining room had holes punched in it, dryer was dirty with grass & dirt inside. Filter appeared to have not been cleaned in a while. Had to clean the inside of the dryer before we could put clothes in it. The sliding door is extremely hard to get open. Crossing the street to go to beach is dangerous. People will not slow down. On the plus side the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, & the condo was clean. Too expensive for all the updates needed. Have been coming to Gulf Shores for years & this was by far the worst rental.
