This remarkable top floor beach front condo has a spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom/den floor plan with a private sundeck and can sleep 6 guests comfortably.  The kitchen boasts updated cupboards, counter tops, stainless steel appliances with a beautiful attention to detailed tiled back splash.  Elegant large tile, carpeting and crown molding.  Both bathrooms have new sinks, cupboards, lighting, mirrors, flooring and upgraded tiled walk-in showers.  The master bedroom has all new furniture, flat screen TV, and private bathroom.  The guest bedroom has 2 twin size beds and remote TV.  The den closes off to become a 3rd sleeping area with a daybed trundle.  The living room has a large sectional sofa, flat screen TV and DVD player.  This owner provides beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and High Speed Wireless Internet. The property offers heated pool and BBQ grills. No pets and no smoking allowed per the condo association.

Very disappointing
This unit was in a development that is still undergoing major construction post hurricane. There was debris all around. No elevators to the 3rd floor. No furniture on roof deck and railing not intact. Washing machine rocked and rolled off balance with every load. Not updated bedrooms. Bathroom fan not working. We paid quite a hefty sum and the unit did not reflect that. While we signed waivers due to the construction, we were not informed of the state of the buildings. Very disappointing. Do not recommend.
