Lovely unit in a great neighbourhood
Lovely apartment! Very quiet, both the neighbourhood and the building (and the unit is on the top floor too). Nice neighbourhood, well connected throughout transit or walking or driving (secure underground parking included too). Spacious, sunny unit with a good office, massive kitchen, huge bedroom with ensuite and comfy bed, plus places to unpack all our things. It had everything we needed to feel at home during our stay.

I'm new to renting out my condo but love hosting friends and family. Everyone says when they arrive here, a calm comes over them and relaxation settles in. I put a lot of care into making sure you feel at home and not lacking the amenities that make you feel comfortable.

Why they chose this property

I love this neighbourhood because of its walkability. I can access the ocean, downtown, and many restaurants, pharmacies, the hospital, and grocery stores all on foot in 5-30 minutes. It's quiet, friendly and full of others enjoying la dolce vita in Victoria.

What makes this property unique

It's spacious with amazing lighting from the two skylights. It's two-bedroom but I've converted one of those rooms into a beautiful office and reading space. There are books to read and a fabulous open-concept kitchen to cook feasts in. No TV here - although you can watch anything you want on your computer.
