Great
Great location to access lovely Mt Douglas! A few more amenities would easily make this an overall 4. Left a list. Lots of space and beds good.

Not a bad place, but minimum provided
The place is nice and large, good for accommodating a large number of people. The place was clean and the host was accommodating to a very early checking for a small fee to reschedule the cleaners to the night before. Walking distance to some good hiking trails. Unfortunately the fact that is a rental that has never been lived in shows. There is the minimum provided (Low quality dollar store cutlery, no spare towels, no microwave in the kitchen, only a small hand broom for cleaning up, no paper towels, minimum of toilet paper etc). The hand towels that were provided were musty and seemed like they could use a bleaching, but the bath towels they provided looked new. Luckily for us we had some locals we were visiting who were able to provide us with some of these things. While the listing says it supports a large number of people, be aware that there is only a small table and 4 chairs provided.

A home away from home!
Stayed at this house in Cordova bay, and it was an absolute delight! The host was friendly and extremely helpful. The place was clean, cozy, and just as described in the listing. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do. I loved the little touches that made us feel at home. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting Victoria.
