A porta-cot and highchair, and beach towels are available for hire upon request. Elevator access to the apartment and basement. The garage car park height limit is 2.2m.

The Swell is conveniently located in Newcastle East, directly across from the beach and close to lots of restaurants, cafes and bars. It is just a 200m walk onto Newcastle Beach, and 650m to Newcastle Ocean Baths (currently under renovation). It is 1.2km to Nobby’s Beach, 800m to King Edward Park & the Bogey Hole, and 1.2km to Newcastle Memorial Walk. The Swell is a 30-minute drive from Newcastle Airport, 400m from Newcastle Beach Light Rail stop. The Queens Wharf Ferry stop is just a 750m walk from the apartment.

Important note about this property:
There is remediation work occurring at this property currently, expected completion end of November 2024. There will be personnel onsite and may be some construction noise experienced and personnel on site between 7am and 5pm weekdays.
Scaffolding is erected on the front of this building, covered in sheer mesh. You can see through the mesh, however it is dark around this particular apartment and the view is impacted.
