The Somerset is the most luxurious condo that allows weekly rentals on the beach perfectly located at the south end of Marco Island.. Lots of amenities, two heated pools and 2 tennis courts. This rental is on the 9th floor of this ten-story condo giving you spectacular views of our most envied sunsets. Every unit offers a view of the beach from the private balcony which is accessible from the living room and master bedroom.
This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo features a king size bed in the master and a king size bed in the guest room as well. The front room has a sleeper sofa should you have 5 people. Somerset amenities include two heated pools, two tennis courts, BBQ grills, and a security gatehouse at the entrance. The barbecue grills are situated by the pools if your culinary skills are ready for a Bobby Flay style throw down. Maybe you would like patronize one of our many favorite restaurants nearby. Walk to unique shopping venues and a movie theater. Whether you choose a leisurely vacation, or an adventure packed one, there are a multitude of activities to enjoy on Marco Island. Walk to unique shopping, restaurants, and a movie theater. Explore the breathtaking landscape and natural wonders of the area by boat, kayak or canoe!

Somerset 903
Pros: Unit was beautiful with many updates, and it was very, very clean Location was perfect - a great beach, amazing sunsets, and fun restaurants within walking distance. Pool area and common areas were clean and well maintained Cons: About a week before our arrival, we were notified that outside painting would be occurring during our stay. With this work going on, we were not able to use the balcony during the day. The painters were polite and friendly, but their work and their music made it a little awkward to be on the balcony while they worked. They were typically done by 4:30 each day though. The cable tv in the unit did not work when we arrived and we were not able to report it until the realty office opened on Monday morning. It took several phone calls and e-mails to finally get a vendor tech there to fix it late Wednesday afternoon. Streaming services were available, but we were not able to watch sports or local news which is typically all we watch. Overall the pros most definitely outweighed the cons, and we would definitely stay here again if we return ti the area.
