Not great, but fine
PROS: The location is excellent - safe neighborhood, easy access to all Perth has to offer, close to bus and train. The hot water gets very hot. CONS: 1. the toilet seat is stained and peeling which is a little gross 2. towel rack is also peeling 3. the dryer smells like burnt clothes which transfers to your clothes if you dry them. I ended up hanging my clothes on a drying rack on the balcony 4. the shower grout has some mold 5. the seal on the shower door/wall is not effective - water runs right under neath the door/wall and pools on the floor 6. the water pressure in both the shower and toilet is horrible. takes multiple flushes no matter what and takes 20 mins to rinse long or think hair of shampoo. 7. would be nice if the kitchen had salt and pepper stocked 8. there were a couple extra garbage bags under the sink but they were too small for the kitchen garbage bin - they only fit the tiny bathroom bin. apartment should have replacement garbage bags Overall this apartment served its purpose of being a home base while in Perth - but I could not help but feel the owners could do just upkeep to make it more pleasant. Given the number of options in Perth at around the same pricing, I would probably try another option next time. But it was a great location and generally clean.
