Papakura as a district is growing faster than the greater Auckland area, but it has been fortunate to retain its friendly character and much of the classic Kiwi “town” feel as the greater Auckland area intensifies. Lifestyles in the district are as diverse as the people who live here.

There are beautiful parks to roam, a diverse set of shops and restaurants in the township, and a Westfield mall to get a cup of coffee and do a bit of shopping. The locals are very friendly, it's located just far enough from the main central Auckland where it possesses a small town aura about it. But the property is located very close to the motorway so if you did want to travel into Auckland central, it's a very easy drive.

Bathroom 2: With a sunroof built into the ceiling, the sun brightens this space amazingly. This bathroom is fitted with a top line Japanese toilet/bidet unit and handrail to aid anyone in need. The tiled shower too has been fitted with seating for those same purposes.

Kitchen: A very spacious kitchen with an abundance of bench space to prepare quite the feast for all your guests, and all appliances you'd want or need to get the job done. A dining table to enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sun rise over the front garden.

Living Room: Contains eye capturing victorian furniture appreciated by all generations. Truly magnificent pieces surrounded by tasteful paintings and a stained glass piece that brightens the room with a variety of color when the sun shines just right. A large TV for the family to come together and unwind in front of in the evening.
