*** How do you transform the sofa bed into a full-size bed?***

Please take a closer look at the photo of the sofa bed posted on this listing. It shows how to drag and pull the under bed up. Beddings and pillows for the sofa bed are stored inside as shown in the picture.

*** How do you turn on the shower switch of the bathtub?***

Please pull the faucet aerator down (please see the condo manual inside the condo for details).

Pool Access:

Pool, Sauna, Jacuzzi (hot tub), and Gym are located on the 3rd level Floor. The key fob is needed when entering.

Pool Hours: 6 am-9 pm (10 am-11 am unavailable due to daily cleaning and sanitizing)

Gym Hours: 7 am-9 pm (11 am-12 am unavailable due to daily cleaning and sanitizing)

***How do you use the Key Fob?***

The key fob is a small security hardware device with built-in authentication used to control and secure access.

You will be provided with 2 sets of keys and access devices (key fob) inside the suite. One of the 2 sets will have a larger fob with buttons (this is for parking use), and the other one is a regular fob. Both fobs can be used to access the common areas in the building (e.g. entrance, elevator, pool & gym, garbage room). However, only the larger parking fob can be used to access the underground parking gate.

To use the fobs in the building, simply tap or hold the fob against the sensors to unlock access. To open the parking gate, press the top-right button.

*** We insist on using professional experienced cleaners to enhance our deep cleaning. In addition to this, we take special precautions to disinfect surfaces as much as possible to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our dear guests. ***

6. Lost or damaged key fobs


There are 4 Water Alarms in total in this condo to prevent water damage. They are located: below the sink in the kitchen, next to the washer, under the sinks in both bathrooms. Once the alarm detects water, it will keep a loud beeping for 24 hours. If you are lucky enough to hear the sound, please locate the alarm, clean the water on the floor and report to the host and building security immediately.

When you check in, please find the phone number of the building security in the check-in instructions.

There are fire extinguishers inside and outside of the condo, please use them in case of fire.

Please turn off the water and stove when you are not in the condo.

Awesome stay
We had a great stay here, the location was so convenient for so many things we wanted to do and so many delicious restaurants, the train station is very close by to get to the airport. The building is very safe and clean. The pool, courtyard and the gym were awesome bonuses to have access to. Communication with the host was great, check in and check out were very simple. Overall we had an awesome time here and I would highly recommend this place to anyone! :)

Great stay in Vancouver!
This is a great little apartment in a perfect location in the city. Very clean and easy to communicate with the owner. Right next to a park, which was great for my 3 and 5 year old boys, who could run out extra energy there in the evenings. We walked to all our meals because of the great location. The rooms are tiny, which I expected from a big city apartment, but have everything you might need. They do have black out curtains, but for sensitive sleepers, I would still recommend bringing an eye covering because it's still quite bright at night during the summer with the light coming between the curtains. I would definitely stay here again!
