Owner cancelled while we were waited at the door with our luggage
If you dont want a one night booking, then just dont accept one. We stood in human piss of the homeless outside the door and one minute before checkin time, the owner cancelled. Ruined the day for sure.

Great host and apartment
We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was easy to check in and out of and it was very clean and well supplied. The location is also great but we would comment that it can be exposed to the homeless issue in Vancouver. Depending on the time of day and where you are there can be multiple homeless people (mostly harmless) nearby

Very clean and spacious apartment

The property was very nice and comfortable. I would recommend people to stay there. On the other hand the neighborhood has a large amount of homelessness and drug addiction but there is a police presence.
