Light-filled oversized master bedroom featuring walk-in-robe and ensuite. The property has 2 bathrooms with hairdryers in both.

We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash.

KITCHEN:
Please make use of the kitchen. It comes equipped with:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- crockery and cutlery
- oven
- microwave
- dishwasher
- toaster
- electric kettle

A basic selection of breakfast foods (muesli, milk, tea, coffee, etc.) is provided, though you’ll need to stock up for longer stays (the Canberra Centre is a short walk away).

LIVING ROOM:
The apartment includes a 55-inch tv with an Ultra-HD 4K. It also has access to local channels. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account.

LAUNDRY AREA:
A washing machine and dryer are available to use, as well as iron, a large ironing board, and drying rack.

COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES:
You will have access to the building's pool (Metropol 3, 5th Floor), BBQ Area (Metropol 2, 5th Floor), Common Garden / Courtyard / Rooftop (Metropol 2 and 3, 5th floor), and nearby park throughout your stay.

The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm availability of common areas.

BICYLCE STORAGE:
This Metropol has a dedicated secure bicycle storage area internal of the building - all you need to do is bring your bike lock.

international food and fashion, thriving bars and nightlife, cultural sights, theatres, and galleries, as well as leading universities and schools.

Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard check-in/out times. We need to collect $50 for every hour, or increment thereof, of delayed check out.

2. I have a STRICT "No Pets Policy" and "No Smoking Policy". These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result to a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.

3. The cleaning fee covers the regular cleaning and linens in the property. As this is not a hotel, please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be requested (minimum of $50).

4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy on our Airbnb listing.

5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay in our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.

6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of people that can book the property. Any non-guests must leave by 10:00 pm. And there should strictly be no loud noise after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty if this house rule is breached.

7. There are some items in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk) which you are welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics (i.e. muesli). We don't stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.

8. I list my property as not suitable for kids or infants as it is not child-proofed and we don't have baby amenities (i.e. high chair, cot). However, if the kids will be under adult supervision at all times, booking with children is no problem.
