Walk out onto your 600 sq. ft. "wrap around" Patio on the McCormick Ranch Pine Course from the Great Room, Dining, or Master Bedroom! Kitchen and much of Patio face South to enjoy all day sun for morning coffee...then dine in the evening on the West side Patio and watch the sun slip behind Camelback Mountain over the Golf Course. No stairs with the large 2 car garage close to the front door. The almost Olympic size pool and oversize jacuzzi provide a wonderfully relaxing day in the sun. McCormick Ranch condo
Wonderful stay! Loved the location and being right on the golf course. Very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor area and sunset views. Can’t wait to return.

PERFECTION IN SCOTTSDALE!
Wow -- this place was truly amazing. The home was large, comfortable, and had everything one could need for an extended stay (we stayed 7 weeks). The wrap around porch was phenomenal -- looked out over a beautifully manicured golf course and offered breathtaking views of glorious sunsets over the mountains. The location cannot be beat. Safe neighborhood and close to everything. Sharon (the homeowner) is a delight. Truly a wonderful lady who made us feel most welcome into her home. We would absolutely stay here again. If we could give it more than 5 stars, we would!

Can’t beat this location right between Scottsdale Road and Hayden.
Our host, Sharon was a delightful person and the vista from the living room and patio offered spectacular views of Camelback Mountain and McCormick Ranch Golf Course. Very clean and spacious! All the neighbors were very friendly. This condo was a gem!

As a Professional Speaker, consultant to corporations, I traveled North America and fell in love with the wonderful, sunny Arizona climate My first AZ property was in this community...which became my personal vacation hideaway.

Why they chose this property

Both parents were Senior champion golfers...and in later years they loved sitting on the terrace in the sun watching the gofers tee off...predicting whether they would hook or slice!

What makes this property unique

Aside from the wonderful views...the outstanding location offers an easy living lifestyle...as most everything is within walking distance. Starbucks, restaurants, groceries, ...and so much more. A spacious clubhouse at the large pool offers both an indoor & outdoor party areas.
