Die Zimmer sind basic und schon etwas über die Jahre gekommen, obwohl ich ein Nichtraucher Twin Bed Zimmer bestellt hatte, habe ich erst nach zwei Nächten das Twin Bed bekommen und das Zimmer roch nach Rauch. Das Rezeptionspersonal ist äußerst hilfreich, freundlich und höflich, die Lage ist prima, nur ein paar Minuten zur Union Station mit green und red line

Excellent hotel for budget travellers

Excellent quality for the price! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi , AC, and the lift( although small) worked very well. The bathroom tiles in our room are a bit old and need refurbishing but it was clean and the water flow was very good. The situation near the Union metro station is very convenient for visiting Dubai and only 5 stops from the airport. I recommend this hotel if you can’t afford expensive hotels in the modern part of Dubai.

Trying to communicate with this hotel is like banging your head on the wall. They don't reply to either phone calls or emails. This hotel does not reside in a good location to begin with, so you would think they would strive to be best in other areas, but that is not the case. Take my advice and look elsewhere for accommodations in Dubai.

Location in old Dubai, metro very close, around 8 minutes walk. Good value for the price, the furniture is a bit old but everything else is great, clean, rooms are spacious and all the staff nice, welcoming and very friendly. We had a pleasant one-week stay here. For sure I would recommend this hotel if you are on budget when visiting Dubai.

Nice hotel and good staff.Near hotel there is a metro station Union. It takes only a few minutes. Old Dubai is good for better prices. I highly recommend !

The hotel had only two good points! It is so near the Union Metro station and also near to the Mall and places to eat. Other than that, it was a disgusting place with rude staff who were not very approachable. I only encountered one nice person, this was on the day I was checking out as he asked me how my stay was, I told him about my horrible bed bugs and showed him the pictures. On the first night I stayed there, I had difficulty is drawing the curtain across. So had to put chairs to hold the curtains shut. The second day, I had trouble fully opening the curtains. That night I couldn't draw the curtains and the rail fell off and was hanging down, so I called reception (this was on Tuesday night). The gentleman on reception just came up to the room and stood on the 'coffee table' after taking his shoes off and then he just put the rail up and then forced the curtains shut with all his might and then walked out of the room! Did not even have the decency to speak to me once during his time in my room. The bathroom was the only 'modern' looking place in the room and the whole room looks outdated and tired and very dark and depressing. The toilet had a crack on the top of it & there was some sort of leak as there water on the floor next to the toilet. The shower had no hot water!! It was only just about lukewarm. I do not want a cold shower, I wanted a hot one! I noticed on the last night that I also had bed bugs too!! I do not recommend ever staying here!
