Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication
I ended my reservation 4 days early due to the property not being in acceptable condition. I have photographed the following issues, No hot water, Old leftover food in the kitchen cabinets, Windows taped shut and cracked window frames that let mosquitoes in, Refrigerator leaking and dirty, Hair on the floor. Bath towel with old blood stains, staircase filthy, with trash and cigarette butts. This place was despicable and I feel like I need a tetanus shot. Be very careful staying at this property. Although the reservation is non-refundable, I believe it is important to report these conditions so they can be addressed for future guests.
