Location is very good. Staff friendly and welcoming. However the room towels were kind of a letdown. There were no hand nor small face towels. Only the expected floor towel/matt and 2 bath towels which looks worn and feels worn and has seen better days. With the exception of the towels, all else is good. A shame really.

Modern hotel in a central location

Pros: Modern/functional design (great attention to detail from reveals on the ceiling to folding doors for bathroom to all glass wall that allows you to watch TV from shower. Quiet and central location to malls, restaurants and major attractions (15 minute walk to Jonker street and St. Paul's church etc.) Friendly staff - was advised 15 minutes before breakfast buffet ended, efficient checkin process, picked up parked luggage and got a taxi within 5 minutes. Safe location and family friendly - card access required to each floor, general vicinity felt safe (walked around late night), there appears to be a security guard outside at all times. Room comfort - quiet with comfortable bed. Had a view of the pool on the 12th floor. Cons: Lack of bellboy to greet and take your luggage to room. Breakfast buffet selection was basic with a total of approximately 25 items (for a 4 star hotel). Elevators did not always work as expected (we were stuck on a floor after other tenants got off and were not able to get access to our floor, had to switch to another elevator). Did not use: Gym and pool (even though I could see kids enjoying themselves at the pool and and small playground). Overall, excellent value through Expedia and I would highly recommend this hotel!

Our regular place but this time the pillows not so comfortable. Seems to be old pillows. Power failure middle of the nite and next morning no water supply. Early checked out due to water. Told counter and the person just said , “yes we have water problem since last nite.” Just like that.

酒店新正整洁，房间很舒适，服务员都很有礼貌，很友善。落地玻璃窗外就是180度大海景，视野也很宽阔，出行也方便，去超级市场也很近，酒店外就有很多东西吃，很多东西卖，去手信街也很方便。

Langsung tidak memuaskan. Sebagai 4 star hotel , sarapan yang dilayankan adalah tidak setara. Pernah saya tinggal di hotel ini dulu. masa itu adalah sangat memuaskan dan baik. Itu sebabnya saya pilih hotel ini kali ini. Gambar menunjukkan kopi yang sangat tak berasa dan tipis. Dan diserve dalam kopi dispenser. Tak ada toaster. Menu makanan juga tak setara dengan 4 star hotel. Saya bertanya kepada pelayan dan dikatakan Kopi maker rosak toaster rosak...... Saya komen lewat kerana saya ada call ke hotel dan tinggal kan nama dan no tel untuk mendapatkan penjelasan tetapi tiada feedback.....

When I made my booking on Expedia, it was reflected that free breakfast was provided. The counter lady also told us that we were eligible for free breakfast. But the breakfast counter told us that we aren’t eligible. There was food left at our door when we came and it wasn’t clean up even when we left the next day.
