This visit has been very disappointing. It’s been a huge turn over in a months time and the staff has gotten worse not better. It’s still fairly new, so I hope they can turn it back around.

Overall my stay was good. The staff is extremely nice. My only issues were upon checking in, there was water on floor in the kitchen it seemed like the dishwasher leaked. A new room was offered to us but we were in a rush so we just asked for towels to clean it up. One another thing and I’m not sure if this is because our room was a connecting room or if the walls are thin, but we could hear the people in the room next to us so loud and clear as if they were in our room.

I liked the concept of StayApt, but I didn’t like the cleaning part. For the money that’s spent clean linen should be provided daily and the rooms should be cleaned at least once or twice depending on the length of your stay. This was my first time staying at this type of property, but I think that if this type of concept is going to be successful think about how you can enhance your business model to make it more inviting to those that book your properties.

As a solo female traveler visiting for work, I didn’t find this property particularly safe or suitable for a business stay. I was there for 12 days and had to change my own sheets and take out my own trash. The walls are thin, you can clearly hear neighboring rooms so working remotely from your room may be challenging. It also seems to be housing many families, with children frequently running through the halls, which adds to the noise and activity level. It is quiet at night. The door didn’t go all the way to the bottom (there’s a slight gap). It didn’t feel safe. On a positive note the staff was amazing and very helpful. The front desk ladies were a 10/10.

This was a great option for traveling with pets. Room set up was great, the kitchen area was nice and bed and pillows were very comfortable. The woman who worked the front desk was great, she was very accomodating and helped with late check in. She was out cleaning garbage from the property too, unfortunatly she did this guests were just disrespectiful. Guests also didnt pick up after their dogs despite a few free bag and waste sites around the property which again, shame on the lazy people. There was marijuana smells AM and PM but didnt smell in the room thank God. I think this place was also used for low income housing based on some observations. I felt safe there with my 2 kids, my pet was safe, and I would stay here again, but just be mindful its not a 4 or 5 star hitel experience.

While the syaff was doing the best they could. The building itslef seemed rushed our room still had consteuction debri from sanding and cutting frames and walls to fit appliances and vanity. The pull out sofa had crumbs and dirt. The bathroom sink clogged. Dises wre not clean. Carpet was not vaccumed. Overall poorelt excited from upper management. Not to mention fire alarm went off bith nights we were there from people smoking in other units wich you could smell down the hall and in elevator ans not cigarettes!

This property is brand new and our room was very clean. However, it will definitely not stay that way until the property manager makes some changes. 1. The elevator was broken and they put us on the 3rd floor. I feel like SOME form of compensation should have been provided. 2. The stairways were dirty. The carpet needed to be vacuumed and it smelled of marijuana the entire stay. I saw electrical outlets in the stairwell. You think they plug in some air fresheners. 3. People are living in this hotel and they are running the hallways screaming from midnight to 5am. The only saving grace was the beds being at the back of the room. 4. It’s pet friendly and I heard dogs barking at 2am, 3am etc. 5. The office closes at 8pm so if you need anything, you’re out of luck. I would not chose a StayAPT again knowing they are really just housing for low class people.

I loved the set up. It was very nice, but the room was not clean. The floor in my room had something that looked like maybe dried up orange juice spilled all in the corner. The bed post was so dusty I could tell it hadn’t been wiped in a while. The wall has a spot where it looked like someone spit on it. It was very disgusting. I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in the bed, scared that it might not be clean. So I slept on top on the bedding and opened the new blanket that was in a pack. On Saturday I stopped by the desk and let the office staff know. Today before we checked out we let the manager know and she came in and looked at everything and said she would contact you all so I could get a full refund. Very disappointing because the place was nice.

GM is was rude and quite unprofessional. Customer Service made an error with our bill and he got mad at us and called the police. Needless to say he still mad. We are not!!! Good riddance. Train your employees correctly.

We arrived early for check-in but were told the room wasn’t ready—even at the 3pm check-in time. I called and was first told the room still wasn’t available, then placed on hold. Someone else came on and suddenly said it was ready. When we got there, the room was filthy. Crumbs on the pullout sofa, dirt on the bathroom floor, chipped paint, and nicks on the walls and doors. After returning later that evening from a funeral viewing (the reason for our visit), we discovered the TVs weren’t working—seemed like a connection issue. I informed staff, and their only solution was to switch us to another room because maintenance wouldn’t be back for another week. We viewed the other room, but it was just as dirty and even smaller. Since we had already wiped down the first room ourselves, we stayed put. The manager (the fifth in seven months, she said) noted the issues. The TVs eventually worked later that night, I called to confirm. The next morning, we tried to use the stove and oven, but the circuit kept tripping. We had to shut off power to the other appliances just to cook before the funeral. The manager was kind and helpful and did request a full refund through Expedia, but we haven’t received it yet. Overall, very poor experience. We won’t be staying here again.
