Arrived at 10pm to no towels in the room or pillow cases on the pillows. They were not delivered until 2pm the next day. We were chaperoned everywhere by security who walked us to our door to enter our room and we had no access to use the pool. Made to feel very uncomfortable as we were told it’s a residential building and it’s illegal to book for short stays. The 2nd bed was a food out hard futon and my 26 year old son had to sleep on the couch which was more comfortable, the lights only worked intermittently.

진짜 소통도 안되고, 체크인 과정 진짜 최악중에 최악이었습니다. 무슨 각자 업무도 모르는 사람 두명에 처음엔 이상한 방에 데려다주더니 거기 캐리어 있어서 이거 뭐냐고했더니 호스트꺼라고 하질않나; 이상하다고 방 바꿔달라고 했더니 바꾸는거 안된다고 하고 예약한방(방2개)이랑 다르다고 따지니까 그제서야 바꿔줬어요. 깔세에 깔세인지 몇명이 껴있는지 모르겠는데 개판입니다.
