This hotel was really good, the location is nice and the staff really are helpful. Everything is new and clean. Make sure when you book you request a nice view ahead of time, my one complaint is that I did not have a very inspiring view.

Sparkling clean & comfortable stay. Very new hotel, they have everything you need. If you can travel smart and figure things out on your own- this is the best option for you. It is a good deal for what I am paying for. Having a coffee truck in front of the hotel is cool.

Beautiful property right in the vibe of town down. I felt safe to walks around in the early morning and I loved the downtown feel st night. Boxes breakfasts were a real treat as we set on the patio and watch the volcano explode

Very good location in Tenmonkan. An efficient process overall with a check in code (rather than worrying about a card!). The focus on modernity and efficiency means you miss out on having the lovely service of a good hotel. Decent breakfast and helpful staff should you have any questions. Would suggest sending instructions for check in in advance as it is all automated

設備新，由酒店行去天文館電鐵站約10分。酒店附近多餐廳但以晚上開門為主進房是使用QRCODE ,不用怕不見KEY CARD. 但 check out 時需要上13樓自行將QR CODE 再scan check out, 步驟簡單的，只是位置有點不便如在地下大門樓層都有設備自行check out 更好

チェックイン・チェックアウト、さらにはドアの解錠までがQRコードで完結できる点がとてもスマートで良かったです。お部屋は一般的なホテルとは違い、アットホームな雰囲気があり、落ち着いて過ごせました。洗濯機には乾燥機能もついていて便利で、キッチンには調理器具や電子レンジ、ポットなどが揃っており、自炊も可能でした。洗面所も清潔感があり、非常に快適でした。一方で、シャワーの高さ調節が固くて扱いづらかったのが少し残念です。朝食は味も見た目も素晴らしかったのですが、バイキング形式ではなかったため、少し物足りなさを感じました。また、チェックアウトもQRコードで行う必要がありますが、その案内に気づかずにホテルを出てしまう方もいるのではと、少し不安を覚えました。驚いたのは、受付のスタッフが非常に少人数で対応していたことです。ただ、それでもスムーズに運営されていたことに感心しましたし、このようなスタイルのホテルは今後ますます広がっていくのではないかと感じました。

デスクの上に細かいゴミがたくさん残っており、掃除はちゃんとしていませんでした。また、毎日午後から夜になると下水の匂いが廊下と部屋に充満し、耐えられない匂いでした。新しいホテルとしてはかなり厳しいかと思います。鹿児島市内でこれまで15ヶ所前後ホテルに泊まってきましたが、最低ランクです。

スタッフが不慣れ、備品が不十分

チェックイン時に言われた部屋に行ったが、そこは先客がいた。またロビーで新たな部屋を言われて行ったら、そこにも先客がいた。その後、15分ほど待ってからやっと宿泊する部屋に着いた。その間、思い出し荷物を持って移動させられ、小さい子供もいたため、とても大変で大迷惑だった。先客がいる部屋に案内された時は、先客から変な人が来た、と思われて不愉快だった。部屋に滞在中、トイレットペーパーなどの備品の補充が十分ではなく、フロントに連絡したかったが、部屋にフロントを繋ぐ電話がなく、どこに電話すればいいかわかわからなかった。２回も滞在する部屋を間違えて、待たされてようやく滞在部屋に通されたなんて、初めてでした。さらに、部屋の備品も不十分。ホテル側のスタッフの手際の悪さでとても快適とは言えない滞在になりました。また、エレベーターもキーロックが機能していなかった。新しいホテルだが、開業したてで慣れていない、という感じで、宿泊者にはあまりいい滞在にはならないホテルでした。
