The girl at the reception was very nice and helpful. She’s helped us with information about the popular tourist spots and how to get around the city and even recommended a restaurant. I’m happy with the service she provided and she’s been very helpful. However, the room was really hot and there weren’t any air conditioner or fan. We got only one fan after requesting it. Also there weren’t any tooth paste and the hair blower was broken. But we didn’t want to bother again. Otherwise, our overall experience would have been better.

Great place

Spacious room, great breakfast, perfect location to catch any bus/tram or walk to city centre. Quiet street and staff wonderful. The light fixtures need cleaning and the furniture is showing its wear. But an excellent place to stay.

Nice quiet hotel.

Large and clean room. Very good WiFi. Very quiet neighbourhood a short walking distance from Wenceslas Square and the train station. Very good breakfast buffet included.

Felt like a hotel, directly in Prague New Town!

We had a great stay at Numa! We were very impressed by the apartment directly located in Prague New Town. Just a few minutes to the best spots and the tram and metro. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Also very nice kitchen equipment and bath shampoo, etc. The staff was also very nice to us and helped us with everything directly via WhatsApp within minutes. The made a early check in and also a late check out possible. Even on the last day the lockers were completely full and the lady in the office was so nice, that we could put our things inside till our departure. This was so nice! The bed in the apartment was also a dream, we slept very well. We will definitely come again and check also the other Numa apartments in other cities. Felt like a hotel even it was an apartment, thank you so much!
