This is an excellent hotel in a lovely coastal town. Private parking was great and the town and sea just a few minutes walk away is very picturesque.

Lovely property and staff. Super nice location (in walking distance to the Atlantic Ocean) with onsite parking and pool. Nice breakfast with individually prepared eggs and coffee. Super friendly staff. Nice with children. Unfortunately the property doesn’t have AC (at least our room).

Lovely hotel

So lucky to have found this gem of a hotel in Guethary for a 1 night stop over on a longer drive. Easy to find, in a beautiful town in a lovely area, plenty of parking and looked great from the outside. Charming and rustic local style room, which was perfect and we loved it. All amenities included. The host was so friendly and welcoming, even calling to check our ETA to make sure we had all entry details in case we would be late. We didn’t try the pool or the breakfast but both looked very good. Lots to do in the area and some fantastic local restaurants within short walking distance. A real pleasure to stay and will certainly book again for another trip in the future. Thank you.

Nice place, little less snootiness please

Guéthary is a lovely quiet place with a beautiful beach and great places to eat and drink. The hotel is pretty and perfectly situated but we were attacked by bugs, and the bite marks looked very much like bed bugs, which suggests a surprising level of uncleanliness. One of the receptionists was extremely frosty and we did not feel particularly welcome there. I don't think we quite fit the rich, tanned demographic of the usual visitor. I did pay the same as everyone else, though, so you know, kind of expected nicer service. Ah well

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Villa ist absolut zu empfehlen, die Chefin charmant und sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns beim Problem mit einem Lieferservice super geholfen. Das Haus ist charmant, alles blitzsauber, die Betten sehr bequem und die Villa ist in einem ruhigen Umfeld. Wir hatten einen entzückenden Balkon der wir sehr genossen haben.
