Charming & Quaint

Nice 2 day stay before we took the plane back home. We liked the proximity to the beach which was a few blocks away. We could get a beach chair at the rental kiosk free of charge with our room. Close walking distance to everything South Miami Beach offers, restaurants and bars close by, loved the Italian bakery for lunch! Negative: the room was small, the bed was hard and the bathroom very small although renovated.

Quiet boutique hotel off the main drag and with a lovely big - 10 person - hot tub/pool in a garden setting. There are lots of unique and decorative touches and money was sunk into the hotel with features like a marble shower.

Cadet is uniquely quaint perfectly located in South Beach. Customer service is at its best at the front desk with Lionel, Luis and the gentleman who worked the late-night shift, (unfortunately I didn't get his name). Very helpful and courteous. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Nice hotel in Miami beach

We definitely recommend this hotel. Great hotel in a perfect location on Miami Beach. Close to shops, beach and restaurants. The hotel gives towels and beach chairs. This was perfect as we did not bring our own. Hotel was clean and comfortable.

Gorgeous fragrant roses upon entering the lobby, the rooms were unique and beautiful furnishings. The staff brought our luggage to the room and were very polite, got us into our room quickly even though we arrived early.

Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Propret was clean and rooms were well maintained. Loved the beach towel/chair and bag service they provided for free. Beach is a 5 minute walk. Perfect hotel for a budget stay.

Nice hotel and close to lots of great things!

overall very nice staff and nice hotel. close to lots of shopping and food, (lincoln street shops 10 min. beach 3 min walk. High end hotels near by If you like drinks in the lobby bars. W hotel , Setai and 1 Hotel. WATCH OUT FOR THE PUB CRAWL PROMOTERS... NOT WORTH THE MONEY AT ALL!!

OK at Low Cost

Overall OK because it was close to beach and relatively lower cost No pool and Hot Tub only open til 6:30 pm Between noise of AC and toilet running lost a couple of nights sleep out of 3 Cramped small room No convenient low cost parking
