I booked the 1 Bedroom Pool Villa it was very nice and comfortable. I really liked that they had Mini Bar with Drinks so I was able to have a few drinks when I arrived till I could get to stock up at 7 11.

The villa was older but was clean. Bed were harder than I liked and the hot water in the master bedroom was not constant. It was further away from Pattaya than I wanted to stay. They had taxi service available. It met my needs for 9 people and everyone enjoyed the house.

Loved it!

The location was amazingly clean and very plush, very worth the price we paid. The photos are accurate, but clearly taken several years ago as the property has gone through inevitable minor wear and tear. The staff was clear in their instructions, spoke good english, and were able to call us a very affordable taxi every time we wanted to go somewhere. Wish we could have stayed longer!

It’s a nice villa. The same vibe as Bali but way less expensive. It’s far away from walking street maybe 20mins car ride- with traffic maybe 30 mins. It’s good for groups as there’s lots of things to do: pool table, swimming pool with slide, huge living area with sofa and nice dining area.

Beautiful friendly manager will help you with whatever you need. Property is nice with private pool. I stayed in three bedroom Villa which was very large. Free washing machine to use which was great. Easy to get a cab to and from villas.

Love the privacy and pool. clean and quiet. easily parked the car. There is not much near by which makes it unique and stands off from the busyness and congestion of the beach we had a car so we could go anywhere we wanted . The hosts were polite helpful and listened to concerns I made a few suggestions as to how to improve the ambiance and the manger took it to heart. would definitely go back and stay even longer!

When we arrived, the place was dark with minimum lighting. He walk us to the unit and there were a lot of bugs everywhere and geckos on the wall. For health and safety reason, we did not stay. We booked another hotel to stay instead. The pictures of the place are deceiving.

The cleaning staff was probably the best organized I’ve ever seen. They sent in like 6 people and finished quickly which was nice. The down side was the water pressure in the shower was very poor, but it should be an easy fix, the shower head was faulty. The room itself was very spacious and nice , the pool was nice.. it was a bit far from everything but there is a motor bike rental nearby which made it easier to get around.

Ok, but not great

Overall a nice stay. The room was clean and quiet. Unfortunately the pictures in the booking site were old so the property was in fact a lot more worn out that we expected. Pool had many sharp edges as the tile grout was nonexistent. The tableware was insufficient and there were no oil, salt or pepper for cooking (you could buy those from reception but I would have thought they were included). In conclusion a bit pricey for the quality.

Spend $2000 for 3 different villa and can able to stay in 1 villa for 1 hour its that bad and dirty . all pictures shows on hotels.com is photo shop or when they build the property 10 years back approx so beware of spam for this property . do not think the property look like pictures .
