Ver nice but

This Hotel is very nice.....friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet with good coffee. Fresh baking,yogurt,cereal and fruit. Our room was clean and comfortable and very good WiFi..... My only complaint would be the distance from the airport was about 45 to 60 minutes by boat then the bus to the hotel at least 40 to 45 minutes. The same going back into Venice sight seeing. But the boat ride is quite enjoyable if the Public boat is not too crowded.......and the boat staff are not constantly yelling. We enjoyed the hotel being in a quiet neighbourhood but were disappointed in the two restaurants.....the food was good but the waiter's were so rude. The bars were very friendly to.

Clean place, kind staff.

A pleasant stay in this clean and comfy place. The setup is minimal, but sufficient for a couple with a kid for a week stay. The staff is curteous and easy going, at reception you can speak Italian, English and Spanish without any problems.

Hotel on Lido Beach

The hotel staff are excellent, friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good. The air conditioning did not work while we were there and we were not able to open the windows because there are no screens to prevent the mosquitoes from entering. Please note it is very important that you understand the hotel is on Lido beach. If you get off at the train station be sure to ask for the apperetto that goes to Lido Beach then take bus A to the hotel. The hotel is near the end of the bus line.

Nice hotel in a calm environment

Situated near the beach in a calm environment 15 minutes from place St-Marc from june the first to end of summer and 50 minutes in other periods

De accomodatie is erg verouderd maar wel schoon en netjes. Simpele kamers maar wel alle voorzieningen. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is uitstekend want het is echt niet duur maar daar moet je wel een busrit van 20min en de oversteek met de waterbus van 20min voor over hebben. Al met al is het ons goed bevallen. S'ochtends naar Venetië en s'avonds terug was voor ons prima en als je voor het strand komt zit je op deze locatie helemaal top!

Pieni hotelli loistavalla sijainnilla. Bussipysäkki aivan hotellin vieressä, jolla pääsi 10min välein Lidon keskustaan, josta lautat lähtevät muualle Venetisaan. Uimaranta kävelyetäisyydellä hotellista, mikä mahdollisti vain nopean pulahduksen silloin tällöin loman aikana. Hyvä pakopaikka muutoin vilkkaalta ja tunkuisalta Venetsialta.
