amenities are not all provided, the location is perfect for dotenburi and denden town. good for overnight stay but for extended stay or if you like your personal space, not preferable. overall, a friendly atmosphere and efficient service

Positives: Location Privacy The bed has a shelf which is nice Nice lounge with tv Free breakfast Negatives: WIFI is the worst I've used in any hotel anywhere in the world. Constantly cutting out and very slow. It is unacceptable. Just assume you'll be using your data here. Have to make your own bed when checking in, mattress cover barely fits the mattress which makes it very annoying.

My first hostel experience which was amazing. Staff are bilingual and kind. They aim to please and keep the area clean. We stayed in the tatami room for 4 people. It would be cramp if you have large suitcases and that many people. But we packed light and managed. There is free cereal which is nice to wake up to. The showers have good pressure. I would consider staying here again if I ever come back.

The comfiest place I've slept in in Japan. Their beds have mats that didn't leave me with aching lower back pain in the mornings. I was worried about security since they don't have lockers but their pods have built in shelves that fit my big hiking backpack, day backpack, and tote bag I used, as well as the little souvenir shopping I did. The location is amazing by the way! Right in the bustling section of Osaka, but you don't really hear the noises outside (I was in female dormitory).

Fantastic location and so much help!

My husband and I stayed at the Fuku Hostel in Namba for 3 nights and the experience was great. Mind you, dorm style isn’t my favourite but for the price and location, this couldn’t be beat. Major pro - location. Literally couldn’t be beat. Also the Family Mart across the street was super! Staff at this hostel were amazing and offered us a lot of advice on where to go. I’d highly recommend this place to nearly anyone looking for a reasonably priced place to stay in Osaka! (Also, wow Osaka is amazing. Highly recommended!)

セミナー参加で利用させていただきました。昨年に引き続き二度目です。チェックイン時の説明、身分証の提示、館内の清潔さなど安心して泊まれると感じました。 伊丹空港からのアクセスもよく、向かいがコンビニ、シリアルの朝食付きも有難かったです。チェックアウト後の荷物も快く預かって頂き最高でした。ありがとうございます！

難波で仕事の際 、宿泊費を抑えるために利用しました。 なんと言ってもアクセスが良いです。 女性専用ドミトリーに泊まりました。 心配していた貴重品管理は、ナンバー式のロッカーがあり安心です。 午前二時頃、同室の外国人が話し出して起こされましたが、非常に快適に過ごせました。 耳栓、イヤホン必須です。表通りは思っているよりもうるさいです。 スタッフの方の対応も気持ちよく、また難波で用事があれば利用したいです。 大きな荷物を預かってくださったのも助かりました。

Must stay when u r in namba

I love the place n the staffs n location .. a lot of places of interest is just snap of finger .. n within the hostel reach .. The only thing i really dun like is, the board that nail at the entrance of the bed. I think they need it to hang the curtain used for creating privacy for all guest .. but i think is really too low .. i keep bang the board while going in n out of my bed.

Memorable stay

Highly recommended, great location & service!

Really enjoyed my stay here! My first experience staying in a capsule hotel and it was really very comfortable and spacious enough to comfortably live for one. The facilities were very clean, guests were very considerate not to make too much noise in the shared bunk. Location wise it's perfect, right smack in Dotombori and has a family mart opposite. Superb service too - after checking out, the staff even handed over a small handwritten note to thank us. Highly recommended!

Very convenient location, right smack at the center of Namba, also walking distance to the Osaka Metro and JR station. The staff are also very nice. I guess what could be improved are more space for drying umbrellas, private space to pack luggage, and maybe also additional hankers/hooks inside the cubby. But overall, it's a very comfortable space, very quiet. I had a good sleep every night. :)
