Nous avions demandĂ© une chambre Pmr confirmĂ© par l'hĂŽtesse. On nous a fait payer et la chambre Ă©tait standard, je ne mĂȘme pas aller me coucher et la douche inadaptĂ©e. Ils n'avaient plus de chambres pmr. Nous avons demandĂ© le remboursement des 2 chambres ils n'ont pas voulu.il faut faire un litige. Pouvez vous nous aider. Merci

J’étais venu dĂ©jĂ  l’annĂ©e derniĂšre c’était bien et lĂ  cette annĂ©e dĂ©jĂ  Ă  la rĂ©ception les filles elles comprennent rien elle ont oublier de me faire payer le sĂ©jour aprĂšs tout les jours elle m’appeler elle avait oublier de me faire payer la taxe au lieu de tout me faire faire de suite dĂ©jĂ  pas pro Ă  la rĂ©ception! AprĂšs niveau propretĂ© extĂ©rieur trĂšs propre bravo aux hommes d’entretien vraiment et trĂšs gentils mais Parcontre le logement pas propre ! TrĂšs déçu 😞

A bit disappointing

Arrival lobby, gardens and pool area are very well presented and we didn't make use of facilities on offer, but accommodation apartment was tired and in need of sprucing up. Wi-fi only available in main areas and not free. Be aware - bed linen and towels (and cover for sofa) not provided.

Location en bord de mer parfaite pour passer de belles vacances.

L'accueil fut trĂšs agrĂ©able Ă  la rĂ©ception de la rĂ©sidence Ă  l'aller comme au retour: personnel sympathique. La location est bien agencĂ©e, on y trouve tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Bungalow propre et literie juste parfaite, j'y ai trĂšs bien dormi (matelas bien ferme). L' accĂšs Ă  la plage Ă  pied est trĂšs rapide, mĂȘme chose pour les magasins de proximitĂ©, juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du Belambra. Parking proche du bungalow, bien pratique pour dĂ©charger bagages ou courses diverses. Je recommande cette location. TrĂšs contente de mes vacances.

nice for families

appartments ok, beds could be bigger, Access to our room / appartment only through sandy way - therefore always sand in the rooms (appartment must be cleaned completely or you have to pay for that separately). very good breakfast and dinner buffet with moderate costs. (dinner with beverages - wine and water - included !) very nice beach. Good pool. Animation for kids and elders well. also a "kindergarden" for very Young kids available. we stayed in late summer with not much guests - could be worse if booked fully.

HÎtel décevant pour un 3 étoiles

Lors de notre arrivĂ©e, on nous informe qu'il faut entrer dans le restaurant de 19h Ă  20h30. Nous sommes arrivĂ©s Ă  20h25 et nous avons eu un accueil affreux et qu'ils nous restaient un 1/4 h pour manger. Ce n'est pas un restaurant mais une cantine. Le buffet ne faisait pas envie et la salle oĂč l'on s'installe est sous un barnum donc un bruit Ă©pouvantable. Le retour Ă  notre emplacement s'est fait de nuit, mais avec un Ă©clairage quasi inexistant, le retour se fait difficilement. Il faut se servir de la lampe torche de son portable pour retrouver son chemin. Le logement Ă©tait basique. Seul point trĂšs positif, l'accĂ©s Ă  la plage. TrĂšs trĂšs déçu, nous nous attendions Ă  mieux pour un 3 Ă©toiles.

I spent only 1 night with my famaly. The dinner was a nightmare: Self Service too crowded, all the food on the table was covered by a lot of gnats, dirty cutlery, dirty dishes... for 20 Euro/each better to chhose Pizzeria. I complained at the frond desk .. They told me thanks and smiling. Unbelivable!! Old.
