Good location and nice clean room. Comfortable beds. Unfortunately could still smell smoke even though it was a non smoking room. Probably came through vents in casino. But overall very nice stay.

I stayed in a few casinos while exploring the coast, three rivers was by far the nicest. Staff was great, room was great, parking was easy. I’d stay again for sure.

If you are looking for quiet, don’t come here! The walls between the rooms are paper thin to the point where you can hear EVERYTHING! We stayed here overnight as a rest stop on our trip because everything else was booked but should have just kept driving. Could hear everything in the neighbouring rooms from both sides of telephone conversations to the snoring and farting coming from rooms on both sides. Brutal. Guess we should have gone to the casino to get drunk and pass out!

We checked in and when we left the room, we uncovered that the door would not lock. I went to the front desk and he changed us to another room. This room’s sliding door to the patio would not open.

Great value for money. Room’ rate is so good and rooms are super clean , spacious with all amenities. The same is for bathroom. The resort has three nice restaurants who are opened at different times through the day. Parking lot is spacious even when the casino is full. Quick front desk service and quick room service if needed. It’s a nice place to stay while in Florence or in your Trip in Oregon.

This is 3 star hotel at best. There’s nothing that distinguishes it from any other native casino hotel. In fact, some of the amenities were closed, such as the steak house. For a decent meal, you had to go off property. One curious thing was the strict enforcement of the 4:00 pm check-in. We arrived at 3:00, and at most places, if your room is ready, they’ll check you in. Not here. Everyone had to wait until 4:00, then there was a big lineup. Brutal. As this hotel is not near anything, you either wait in the lobby, go to the casino, or drive to somewhere else. The front hotel staff were automatons who just spouted hotel policy and are absolutely inflexible about the check-in policy. The room was ok, just a typical hotel room. No room service. Won’t be staying here again, when there is so much choice of waterfront locations on the Oregon Coast.

The room was very clean and beds were comfy. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Wish there were better restaurant choices or a continental breakfast. Nice to have the Keueig, microwave and fridge in room.

The entire place smells like a ashtray. It needs to be renovated and freshened up. Food was awful and service was subpar. I will never go there again.

It is a decent place to stay. Only issue we have is because of the casino the place smells like smoke everywhere. The staff were friendly. There is free parking, and parking for RV's. Good location and easy to get around. Not many ameneties except the casino. The food was okay. The other guests were not very friendly.

Nice staff at Front Desk (Naomy). Property is clean and well maintained. A pool would make for a nice addition for families. Free coffee and sodas in the food court are a nice touch. Overall pleasing.
