Well located close to the train station in a quiet street, very friendly and helpful staff, everything was super clean, nice bathroom and the mattress was the best.

One of the Best Ever!

Fabulous little treasure in the heart of Florence. Terrific staff, beautifully decorated! Breakfast was amazing, wonderful selection! Spotless!

clean large room breakfast was 6 euros and very good, third floor rooms are not reachable by elevator and a very steep climb for older people. Great for younger folks.

Not too shabby

The hotel was nice, clean, and had free wifi. The signal for the wifi was not strong which made use difficult. Beds were not very soft, but for the price our stay was definitely worth it.

Affordable, clean, friendly staff, great location.

Took 20 minutes to get from FLR airport to historic Florence. 5 minutes walk from bus stop at the SMN train station to hotel. Friendly staff, always helpful when presented with questions. Room is clean and adequate with good WiFi connection. Lots of good restaurants and mini stores close by. Would stay here again if I ever return to Florence.

Horrible bathroom!

The room was wery small and slaustrophobic. Bathroom was horrible with rotten door frame. The room should not be in service in this condition. When i asked to switch i was told no spare rooms available. Location is great.

Would stay there again!

Low cost. Close to all amenities, restaurants, Firenze SMN station. I would definitely stay there again. Room very clean and beds are comfortable. Our room was also very spacious. Only downside was the wifi being really unstable during my stay there.

Great Hotel for the price

We spent only 2 days in Florence and were looking for well located clean and inexpensive. If this fits your criteria also. this is the place for you. The staff Erica and Stefania were excellent. It is a 5 minute walk to the train station- tops. It was clean and quiet and very close to at least 6 good restaurants. Breakfast was ok.. All in all a great experience

Very close to everything. Perfect location!

I liked this hotel and I will come back again in May. Everything was excellent! Erika, Stéfania, Angelo, and other people are great! They helped me with everything and sincerely answered any of my questions. For instance, it was my first visit to Florance and I asked whether I should buy a Firenze card and they replied: 'No, it is too expensive. You can visit all museums on your own.' I agreed with them. They helped me a lot. And I have a lot fo such examples.

Close to SMN main Train Station

Friendly staff, 3 min walk from train station, great pasta place next door. Very quiet for sleeping, but beds might be a bit hard for some people. Basic accommodations, but clean and all we needed for our quick stay. Be aware of stairs to rooms on top 2 floors, so hauling heavy luggage is not advised. Hotel mgt sent email with directions to hotel in advance and were helpful. We'd definitely stay again if we were doing a quick trip to Florence, due to the convenience near the train station.
