HORRIBLE MASSEUSE, NO ENGLISH STAFF

After pointing out which massage we'd like, we were separated (my bf and I) into different change rooms. In mine, there was no staff, no lighting... the sauna was off, the jacuzzi was cold - I felt like I was in a horror movie. Massage was horrendous, with our 2 masseuse constantly on their phones and gossiping in Chinese. Horrendous experience. Never going back.

Good hotel, service so so

Good hotel as usual, staff was not ok this time, they gave me another room but forget to put any fruits or cookies in ( business room always has this), I let the manager knows but nothing was done. I also asked a breakfast in a bag cause very early departure on the day after, manager said ok, but nothing was prepare on the next morning. a little bit disappointed.

내부 청소상태 및 청결상태가 아주 좋습니다. 직원들도 아주 친절했구요, 그리고 무엇보다 조식 부페가 아주 만족스럽습니다. 국물이 시원해 해장으로도 좋은 쌀국수를 비롯해 각종 샐러드 좋았구요, 오믈렛은 크게 만들어 주셔서 그거 하나만 먹어도 속이 든든합니다. 저녁에 로비에서 손님들과 간단하게 맥주 한잔마셨는데 생각보다 저렴했습니다. 인근지역이 재개발로 인한 공사가 있어 호텔 바로 근처에는 식당이나 마트가 없어서 그 점은 좀 불편했던것 같습니다. 욕실은 어매니티 제품 잘 비치되어 있어서 불편함이 없었구요, 구두를 닦을 수 있는 1회용 부직포로 된 장갑이 있어서 미팅 시 깔끔하게 구두를 정리하고 나갈 수 있었습니다. 대체적으로 매우 만족이구요 말씀드린바와 같이 주변 지역 공사로인한 불편한 점이 유일한 아쉬운 점 이었습니다. 잘 쉬었다 왔습니다.
