Amazing place

These apartments ate fantastic, clean, spacious, great location, all staff very friendly and welcoming. The beds are perfect, so comfy, great aircon, spacious, lovely bathroom, and good facilities. All balconies have a pool view, which is beautiful when lit up at night. Varied entertainment each night.

The apartments were very clean but quite basic quality. The breakfast had a good selection and was serviced well. The pool area was noisy and more suited to families than anyone wanting a quiet getaway.

First time visit, certainly not the last. Accommodation clean, comfortable. Complex spotless, breakfast superb and we were half board but found dinner repetative but good, we ate out a few nights.

Noisy rooms

The room was nice enough, but you could hear all the traffic and toilets flushing from surrounding rooms. It was like as if the windows were open, the traffic was loud. Breakfast wasn’t that nice so only had it for one day.

Only stairs available to get to Studio apartments. Carrying heavy luggage becomes a problem. Bathroom pocket door jammed ... couldn't move it from the pocket. Overhead shower did not work, only handheld shower worked which was only about 4 ft above floor.

Delightful Coeliac/Celiac Gluten Free Breakfast

Special compliments to the Breakfast Team!!!! This hotel has the most plentiful coeliac gluten free breakfast we have found at either side of the Atlantic Ocean. The hostess who checks guests in for breakfast and the Breakfast Chef do an incredible job of ensuring there is a coeliac safe variety of meat, cheese, omelettes, fruit, GF yoghurt and drinks, as well as especially sealed and wrapped GF baguettes, pastries and muffins. As even a crumb of gluten can make coeliacs very sick, the chef made a point of proudly telling us how the baguettes came sealed in a special oven proof crisper bag that kept them crisp but free of cross contamination in the oven. They were so kind to us and we appreciated it so much. Our kids enjoyed the activities in the pool such as the DJ and Slip & Slide and the evening music and parrot show. All staff were nice. The hotel is clean. The area is safe to walk around at night and very convenient to the beach. If you are coeliac, check out nearby San Lorenzo Gluten Free Tapas 5 minutes walk. We will stay again. The only drawback is the Air Conditioning in the room almost not working properly for most of our stay and sleeping was difficult due to the heat wave. They did fix it to improve it on our last day for which we were grateful.

Dejligt ophold

Familietur med 1 og 4årig. Rigtig fin værelse og gård/pool miljø. Legepladsen på hotellet var ret kedelig, men der var mange gode legepladser i gåafstand. Rigtig fin morgenmadsbuffet. Aftensmaden åbnede først kl 18.30, hvorfor vi spiste andre steder pga vores små børn.

Finfint hotell!!

Riktigt bra hotell där det var nära till det mesta, dock trappor ner till stranden vilket blir jobbigt för den som har svårt att gå. Ett tyst hotell med väldigt trevlig personal. Rekommenderas!
