People in the next room came back and partied from 4 a.m. on. Hotel staff did not really deal with this effectively. Also, some things were not as expected for the price we paid - e.g. broken toilet seat.

Great location but kind of run down room. Outside and reception/lobby area looked new and redone but the room we received was a little run down. Slight damage to some of the wall, some mold in shower and trouble with power, sometimes would work sometimes wouldn't. Could use a little updating.

A well-located and well-kept hotel, with friendly and courteous staff. Quite loud on Saturday night, however, with an extremely hard mattesss in the room.

Nice hotel in perfect location.

We had one of the renovated rooms and it was perfectly sized for 2 of us for 4 nights. Nice and quiet and really dark. Easily walking to everything in Glasgow west side.

Loved the restaurants, fantastic location

was pleasantly surprised by this hotel , the room was clean but a little small and the bathroom was tiny. The wireless did not work in our room at all this was the only real downfall.

We arrived from Canada at 8 in the morning and were pleased our bags could be checked in at that time, the front desk staff gave us a warm welcome and were very polite.

Not what we were hoping

The bathroom was very poorly designed - tiny and difficult to move around and get ready. The bed was very noisy and hard (not the good kind of hard/supportive). The location wasn't bad - it was in between the city center and the west end. We did a LOT of walking when we wanted to go to either of those places, so it may have made more sense for us to stay in one over the other (I would have chosen city center). The staff were friendly and they came to our room right away when the toilet kept running (not as though it would overflow, but the water kept running). They fixed it as best they could, but there was a slow leak the entire duration of our stay. That was upsetting, as we dislike waste. The lobby area is nice

Fantastic hotel!

The staff were very helpful and our room was great! The bed was comfy and the shower was great as well. Its close to many bars, restaurants and shops!
