Great Location Mins to the Beach.

Great Location and just mins from the beach. This location has great restaurants and you are in the South oF Fifth Location with fabulous restaurants and beaches. Lincoln Road and Espanola Way are near by.

Small, quiet boutique hotel. This is our 4th visit to this hotel. Staff is great. Location is great. You can easily go to the beach or walk up Collins Ave with coffee shops and restaurants or South of 5th St. which we love that area.

Beds were comfortable- loved the location of my room. Nice balcony. The curtains wouldn’t close all the way and the curtains were dirty. The shower needed some deep cleaning as well. But overall- it’s a nice location. The beach was a decent walk. But cheaper price compared to other hotels.
