Fabulous position with stunning lake view. Enjoyed the hot tub, full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, comfy lounge with plenty of seating for relaxing and dining. I wouldn’t rate the property itself as luxury 5 star however, as it needs some maintenance and updating, especially in bathrooms.

Check in easy, manager friendly and polite. We stayed in room 9 and it was clean comfortable, warm and well equipped. Would happily book again and have no idea why bad reviews as our experience was all positive.

The hot pool and geothermal tubs were a spectacular cherry on the lovely cake of a spacious, beautiful, fully equipped suite. I wish we'd stayed longer, as the waters left us all feeling refreshed and invigorated in a really special way!

I booked the apartment because I needed a full size fridge/freezer as I was in the process of moving & needed somewhere to keep things frozen. It was VERY warm & stuffy inside the apartment but opening the windows & turning the aircon on solved that. Even the underground parking was overly warm. I was late checking in but the instructions for where to find the key etc were clear & I had no problem at all until I went out to get food. On coming back the garage door was down & the remote to open the door id been given was not working & id left the paper with the after hours phone number in the apartment. Luckily another resident helped me out & I was able to get in. Overall it was a lovely one night stay. You could quite happily stay for a few weeks & be comfortable. The kitchen looked to have everything you’d need to be able to cook well. The bed was comfy, shower hot & apart from the noise of kids in the pool at times it was quiet.

Andy and Mel were friendly. Caitlyn was awesome. We extended our stay thanks to Caitlyn. We even upgraded to the Penthouse We were staying in the Thermal 3 Bedroom, near the heated pool. It was noisey. The lights were flickering. We had to go to Reception to get toilet paper, and towels. We got none in the room. One of the sliding doors didn’t lock. These are just some of the things we encountered So, we upgraded, thinking it would be better. We went to a 2 Bedroom Penthouse. The AC in the Master Room needed to be replaced. The bathroom doors were noisey, so we had to open them. The sliding doors were noisey with the wind blowing. The outdoor furniture moved a lot, so we had to make sure they didn’t and we were safe. There were 5 in total, 2 adults and 3 kids. In the second room, there was a fold out bed. But at 3am, the youngest fold out bed, the head collapsed, so she had to get in the other two’s bed. The parking was terrible. The front passenger seat, I couldn’t get in. So my husband had to move the vehicle so I can get it. I told my husband to park, the way I could get in and out the vehicle To give you perspective, I am recovering from a Stroke 18/09/2022, which really affected my right side and my talking. I have Dysarthia, and I am right handed and in my right arm I have Tremours

Absolutely a beautiful property, unfortunately the person on reception was trying to be as unhelpful as she could possibly be. We wanted to purchase some milk: she told use to go to the BP across the road, which we had already been to and they were out of stock which was why we went back to reception, but she wouldn’t allow us to purchase anything at any cost It was just disappointing

Nice property, just needed vacuuming properly and bathroom showers cleaned better. Bed was uncomfortable and was 2 beds joined together which a few places do also but not good. Pillowed we’re too firm / high so I ended up using a cushion instead. Otherwise nice place and really good value if more than a couple stay as had 3 bedrooms. Otherwise good.
