Beautiful apartment with modern conveniences. Based in Haymarket, we could walk to delicious restaurants around the block and fun shopping minutes away. Felt very safe, although we always felt safe in Scotland. We would stay here again!

The staff was helpful and the property nice. However, it is on one of the busiest streets in Edinburgh--so, difficult to sleep at night due to the noise. Because of this, we wouldn't stay there again.

The best stay of my 3 country vacation

A wonderful stay at an apartment that quickly felt like home. Everything was immaculately clean, the linens fresh, and the bed very comfortable. I'll take this over a hotel room any day of the week. Also - the little things like a kettle and a Nespresso were a welcoming touch.

An extraordinary regal decorated lobby and adjunct rooms worthy of a Hollywood set. The room was one of the smallest in which I have ever stayed yet comfortable and all amenities however the shower/tub is incomplete and allows for water spray all over.

We enjoyed our stay. Clean, spacious apartment, separate bedrooms with darkening blinds. Great location so close to the transportation, airport express bus, train station, grocery, restaurants. Walking distance to all the major points of interest. Keyless entry is very convenient. Full kitchen with a dining area. Left a few suggestions to the management on some cosmetic improvements but overall - no issues. Highly recommending!

Comfy & convenient; no lift & poor soundproofing

Good location, clean and comfortable space, well equipped apartment, plenty of good food sources of all sorts within easy reach - we enjoyed our stay. There are imperfections, of course! Quite noisy - we were on the 2nd floor but were still woken by the street cleaning truck. Don't book if you have any mobility or balance issue: from the hidden door step to the narrow, winding, carpeted stairs, the slip-and-trip opportunities are plentiful. Also, it puzzles me why a spacious place has only a queen bed. No matter, we'll likely be back.

Huge luxury apartment in a great location

Great place. Stunning apartment with all the kit you could ever need for a longer stay. The kitchen was fully equipped. Location wise, it’s a 2 minute walk from Haymarket station so could not be better placed to access everything Edinburgh has to offer. I’ll definitely be booking here again
