Very friendly staff & convenient to 5th st Beach walk distance even if there was too much seaweed. But, it was the season of seaweed. Music around 5:00 pm was great

The staff is wonderful, everyone is so nice and very helpful. I also like the fact the hotel is close to the beach. The bad thing is the hotel has no parking and no elevators. It is a struggle to go up the stairs with the luggage especially if the luggage is big /heavy.

Check in was horrible, the guys was rude didn’t let us know the entry way to the hotel because he said he was too busy, the room had clothes I guess from previous guests, the guy that helps with the luggage was rude my daughter had to ask him to help us. Locations is great but this time the service was horrible

Good location in town on the beach. Everything was clean and well kept. Was a nice break from the huge resorts. Seaweed was no different here than anywhere else but they tried to keep it cleaned up.

Just Okay. The location is the best part of this hotel, being close to 5th Ave, the beach, bus and ferry terminals. The room was very basic and the bathroom quite small. We lost power twice during our 4 day stay. The pool is pretty much non existent. I’d pay a little extra and stay elsewhere.
