The location was excellent — very close to the train station. The hotel is “English country house” themed, which was welcome compared to starkly modern hotels we stayed in before and after on that trip.

Location close to Sapporo station. On a busy street corner (busy traffic only), but quiet at night. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent, helpful staff, with, usually, an English speaker. Central location near the rail station. Interesting pseudo-Victorian style. This hotel is an excellent base for your explorations of Hokkaido. (They will mind your luggage for you while you explore the island.) Very much recommended.

GOOD LOCATION POOR HOTEL

Location is excellent, close to JR station and other places of interest. However, the hotel is really really old, neglected and is not really a place I will use in future. Dark, old carpets, tiny rooms. I think it should be used as an "antique Building"

オシャレでカッコいいホテルでした。 重厚感の中にタータンチェックのソファーとかかわいさもあって。 エレベーターのボタン一つとっても素敵。 いつか泊まってみたいと思っていましたが、身内の結婚式で当ホテルであり、前泊で利用させて頂きました。 閉館間際のギリギリの利用でしたが、すみからすみまで堪能できました。 長い間お疲れ様でした。この続きはエーデルホフで！ と思いました。ありがとうございました。

リニューアル前最後の滞在

リネン室が近いせいか、廊下唐の物音が響きましたが、室内ではゆったりと過ごすことができ、いい旅になりました。 朝食も和洋バランス良く、また地の物も取り入れられていて美味しかったです。 モントレ札幌の趣ある古さが好きなので、リニューアル後はどのような雰囲気になるのか楽しみにしています。
