Old and in need of updates. The stairs had not been swept in days. The front desk person did not have any people skills. He mumbled and then sent us to the wrong floor. The bed was soft and wobbly. Will not stay here again

I would definitely book again, the hotel service was excellent, accommodated all our requests and were very friendly! We booked an extra night and the rate was very good! Considering the hotel is abit older tge pool and hot tub was a great bonus, the hot tub needs abit of upgrading but all in all its a great hotel! Rooms are up to date and beds are good too!

It's fine

The room is clean. Although the neighborhood is kinda creepy. The building looks old outside but inside our room it's clean and fine. Food is just the normal egg, waffle and bread.

Good location, room was clean. Complex is very tired and needs updating. I don't believe the hot tub is being maintained property, so many soap suds, chemical imbalance. The breakfast was poor, ran out of eggs, orange juice dispenser not working, very poorly maintained.

Negatives: Front desk was so rude, I couldn’t believe it. How can you work in this sort of job if you never smile?? Door locks don’t work properly, if you don’t hold your key card “just right” you won’t be able to open your door. Horrible musty smell in the elevator and third floor hallway. No fridge in your room. Saggy bed. Positives: room was clean and quiet. Nice bathroom amenities. Iron and ironing board and hair dryer in room.

Aircon is maybe 30 yrs old or more and very hot in the room. Breakfast area more like a dungeon and food not being refilled so they ran out early. Old building and fixtures.

Okay hotel at a hefty price in a tourist area

It is a nice hotel but nothing fancy but priced really high. It was prime season so that is why I paid it but I didn't like it. The breakfast is average.
