Great location,but that's all

We booked it this hotel from 03.08.17-10.08.17 as double room with a sea view. We arrived at the hotel around midday and we were taken to our room n.203. The room looked ok a bit outdated but still ok. Once I came out on the balcony I've noticed that we don't have a sea view as we were fourth row from the beach. The showroom was tiny, it had three sliding panels and once they are fully open it gives you around 20" /40 cm space to walk in and take a shower. Around 2.30pm we went to the pool with my four year old daughter for a swim. the owner of the hotel approached and was speaking in Italian language something and was pointing at his watch. I didn't understand a word what he said and decided to leave as my daughter was terrified from his behaviour. When we were leaving I saw a small board hidden behind plants saying the pool is closed between 1-3 pm. Fair enough I was going to obey this rules only if someone explained them to us on our arrival, but unfortunately nobody gave us a tour in the hotel or explained the health and safety procedures, assembly pointed in case of fire or what time the breakfast was served. Literally nothing, nothing at all. For everything we needed we suppose to find out our self and mostly was not pleasent way. Every morning every single room had a table allocated with room number on it on the same table. We were 7 days there and not even once we had a table with our table number, we were always asking where we coul sit and alwas randomly

Disponibilità e gentilezza

Le camere sono un pò datate ma pulite. Si trova in una laterale del corso principale dei negozi e a due passi dal mare. Siamo andati al mare solo un giorno ma lo stabilimento di riferimento è tenuto molto bene. Quello che però vorremmo davvero sottolineare è la disponibilità e la gentilezza dei proprietari e di tutti gli addetti alla reception. Sono qualità molto rare da trovare oggi e sono proprio quelle che fanno la differenza. Hanno saputo rispondere ad ogni nostra esigenza. Grazie

Hotel datato dallo stile un po vecchiotto.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo 2 notti ma entrambe non siamo riusciti a dormire a causa della musica ad alto volume e degli schiamazzi in strada. L'hotel ha uno stile molto retrò non degno delle 3 stelle tuttavia le stanze sono anche se molto piccole per una famiglia si 3 persone, pulite e ordinate. Purtroppo spacciano camere fronte mare facendo pure pagare un piccolo supplemento quando in realtà l"hotel non si trova neppure vicino alla spiaggia e quindi la camera era un "fronte palazzo e strada" tra l'altro molto ripeto molto rumorosa da impedire il sonno. Abbiamo fatto presente al personale tutto ciò ma nulla è cambiato, come minimo mi aspettavo almeno uno sconto ma nulla. Per quanto mi riguarda mai più in una struttura in centro a Jesolo
