Overall I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, with my only complaint being that the walls seemed a bit too thin as I could easily hear the people in the adjacent rooms. Poor noise insulation but an overall neat looking building with really helpful staff. I also appreciated having a decently sized fridge, plus a mini stove and microwave. I would definitely stay again with them :)

Best Hotel Around

Best Hotel I'v Ever stayed in!! It's literally brand NEW super clean and modern, I had multiple taxi drivers mention we were staying in the best hotel around and I couldn't agree more!! We came to Juarez for a consular appointment we had no choice but to bring our children and that's one of the reasons we picked Extended Suits for being a child friendly hotel. Another plus for us was the kitchenette which saved us a lot of money by not having to eat out every day we could just make our own meals (Walmart is only about 7 minutes away in taxi) another perk was that the huge mall is literally across the parking lot, all the consular offices are within walking distance as well. The entire staff is supper friendly and helpful the general manager and front desk clerk named Ivan were always making sure we were comfortable and happy. The Housekeepers were all super attentive and friendly and did there job very well. The pool was a great hit with the kids especially in this 100+ degree weather. Overall I have nothing negative to stay and I will definitely recommend this Hotel to all my friends and family back home who will be coming to Juarez Definitely recommend this Hotel if your coming to Juarez!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The property needs to invest more in their remodeling. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Bed frame & night stand was broken. It seems the ceiling had a leak, it was stained, patched and not even painted. I pay for 3 nights left after the first night, even though I lost 2 nights. The employees are super nice. It’s better to Pay a little more & get better rooms across the street

Everything was good at this place. Two things. They dont clean your room everyday. Second, $13 UDS fee for a kee replacement. I have stayed in numerous hotels around the world and this is the first time that a hotel applies such a ridiculous fee for a plastic kee replacement.

Puntos a mejorar: Las frazadas tenían pelos, refrigerador con un ligero olor raro y el lavabo de la cocina estaba sucio. La ventaja que tiene es que queda muy cerca de Plaza las Misiones y del área del consulado.
