Great price, great views, and a decent size room

Great price, great views, and a decent size room. Good size room and the staff are pretty good with staying on top of things. Unfortunately someone had a accident in the elevator. The poor front desk person, cleaned it up. I know a lot of places, would have closed the elevator and waited for a clearing crew to deal with it. And yes the elevator even was sanitized extremely well. They went over and beyond what other place and staff would do. They should be commended for their great work. Definitely will be staying here the next time i come to Japan.

お値段それなりのホテル。

最初に通して貰ったお部屋のトイレが下水の匂いが酷くてお部屋を変えて貰いました。 その後の部屋も少しトイレの下水の匂いは少しありました。 又フェスタオルを追加でお願いしたのですが一度も追加の枚数で準備がなかったです。コーヒーも無く結果買いに行きました。 立地と明るさはとても良いのですが残念でした。次回はインターコンチを予約致しました。

眺めが最高

フロントにあるコーヒーサービスが嬉しい。朝食フロアとフロントからの眺めがとても良かったです。高層階からのみなとみらい側の夜景が素敵でした、カップルにオススメ。 ホテルの設備が比較的新しく、洗濯機や電子レンジもあるので長期滞在も楽しめそう。次回来る時は、ぜひフィットネスを体験したいです。

コスパがいい

非日常を過ごす為に滞在してみました。部屋のサイズも充分です。１Fにはセブンもあり、夜中に買い出しOKです。近くに水産市場、隣にOK、そして朝早くからやっているパンケーキのお店があり、充分満足。価格もお手頃でした。
