Nice place to stay. Jacuzzi had some jets that were not working otherwise perfect in every way. The consierge was really useful to book activities and easily reachable via WhatsApp.

What a wonderful place to stay and a great introduction to Costa Rica. Chira was probably the most unique and lovely place that we stayed during our trip. Once inside the dome, I completely forgot that I was in a tent! The site had everything that we needed and then some. We were even provided a fridge-full of supplies for breakfast, a basket of fresh fruit, pop, water, and beer. The bathroom was awesome and the shower head even better than the one we have at home. It took a moment to get used to showering with a view of the outdoors, but was a neat experience. The only thing that would have made it better was to have some screened windows or a screen door to get fresh air into the tent without inviting in some rather large creepy crawlies/fliers. The staff was lovely but not always around when we thought they would be, but we're pretty self-sufficient so it was ok. We texted when necessary and got the responses that we needed. All-in-all, an absolutely wonderful place, and one of my favourites in all of my travels. I would stay at Chira again in a heartbeat.

Very unique and cool experience staying here! We felt it had all the amenities of a hotel with the added bonus of getting to sleep in a dome, outdoor shower, personal hot tub and amazing views of sunset from the tree tops. Also had everything we needed to cook our own meals which we enjoyed.

Very clean, tent water and wind tight, provided fresh fruit & eggs & snacks & few drinks at no charge, coffee pot was clean, fresh cut orchids in bathroom, nice soaps and lotions to use, parking very close to room, quiet at night, room is in the forest and clouds with much wildlife all around.

This was truly an experience! We enjoyed our 2-night stay in the SUNSET suite. When we arrived, we were surprised to find complimentary homemade bread which was delicious. The bathroom was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. We would stay here again!

Absolutely every detail considered - from the incredible heated bed, robes, starter food & drinks......this is my style of camping! Wind howled the whole time we were there - made it even more cozy in our dome. Diego was perfect - always available but gave us privacy Outstanding experience

Gorgeous tent and outdoor space, unbelievable views, great outdoor shower, hot tub worked well and appreciated that they had a dehumidifier and heater in the tent. The property itself has such amazing views of the sunset, and we were a 30 sec walk from our dinner at San Lucas which was great! Also loved the wide variety of free snacks and the kitchen. Be warned that the bathroom doesn’t have a dehumidifier so everything in there gets and stays pretty wet, but it’s glamping so wasn’t anything we didn’t expect! Seamless check in experience and the service was great at breakfast and the lobby. Probably wouldn’t stay for an extended period of time just due to the humid bathroom, but was such a lovely stay for a couple nights. All our tours also picked us up from the property or we were close driving distance - super close to town for dinner too! Recommend the Delhi Indian restaurant around the corner. Would recommend this one to anyone who wants a unique experience in Monteverde!

The property and experience were unforgettable. It all started with the most hospitable and helpful host, Emel. He made us feel welcome and even helped us get pizza delivery to the glamping tent. The tent is immaculate and the perfect window to the amazing greens and blues that mark the gorgeous horizon. The bathrooms and showers were flawless and kept you integrated with nature. I will remember this place forever and ever!
