Long waits for everything. Even with all-inc you need to make sure your ccard is registered at desk for any additional purposes, you can’t just charge to your room. Great beach though.

Had a great beach, but not enough pool or beach chairs. People put towels on and they left them for the day regardless of whether they used them or not. No towel card or check out system for towels, so no incentive to take them with you when you leave. Food wasn’t the greatest We didn’t get the all inclusive package as we didn’t know how much time we’d actually be at the resort. Were disappointed with the treatment and what we received when we did choose to eat there.

Hotel is nice with good beach and everything else nearby, but sounds weird when you have to buy one bottle of wine or champagne for minimum of approx 1000 pesos everyday to use a bed to lay by the beach, doesn’t matter even you are staying more than 7 days.

Very clean, close to the beach, decent gym, and had nice pools. Wish it could be a bit more environmentally friendly. The room towels didn't have to be switched out daily (we kept them hung up). Overall, a very nice experience.

Beautiful Hotel & facilities.

We stayed here for 5 days. All I can say is the hotel itself is amazing and the staff was AWSOME. Specially one the front desk ladies Lidia, she was very helpful and caring.

Nice Hotel nearby Coco Bongo

As a Expedia Silver Member, I was redirected to the VIP+ concierge for check in right away. The room is clean and spacious. however, the air conditioning isn't strong enough, the room temperature doesn't ever go lower than 22.5C no matter how low it is set. The bath tub and sink have very slow drainage, i suppose they are clogged by sand. There are numerous selection of restaurants for dining that requires reservation; however, the Grill is a nice one that doesn't require reservation. The beach is nice and clean with attentive beach bar staff to provide food / drink service.

Nice hitel directly on the beach

Room was modern, clean and comfortable. Hotel has several pools and restaurants. Hard working servers ensure you are not left waiting for drinks or food poolside. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and local bus.

Great hotel but water and smell issues

Hotel would have been good, location, beach is one of the best, staff was nice. But we had water issue in our room (and the room below us too). The sewer smell was disgusting. You couldn't open the water more than 5 sec before getting the overwhelming smell. Basically an hotel without water. Which I can't recommend. They "couldn't" relocate us. No compensation or anything.

Perfect location

The hotel is nicely located on the beach. The center of the hotel zone is also near by which is very convenient. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and have nothing to complain about, except some of work that has been done close to our room (a bit noisy, happened during the day for a couple of days). Also, one elevator was not always working. Given the layout of the hotel, you should expect to hear some noise late in the evening from the bar in the lobby. Breakfast is a big plus with a good variety of choices. Kudos to Leo and his colleague for entertaining us with the scheduled activities during our stay (beach volley ball, pool volley ball, polo and yoga).

nice stay

The beach is nicer and bigger than that from other hotels.We booked all-inclusive ones but we had to sign our bills without payment after each meal--confused at the very beginning. The only thing is that our return flight was late in the afternoon and the check out time is noon. We do understand that they need to get the room ready for the next guests, but please keep this in mind that the bracelet was taken away when you check out, which means you have to pay for anything you order, or you stay there for nothing( maybe not even the water) or you have to leave the hotel as soon as you check out. We did understand that it's their right but just plan well in advance.

Noisy hotel

Noisy, facing to another hotel's very loud AC units. Bear by the Hard Rock Coffee disco, makes laud music all night long. The room was run down. The toilet must flushing 3-4 times to clean. Had to call maintenance to fix the balcony door. Windy nights was banging the frame.

Booked two rooms through Expedia. One room was suppose to have 3 beds. This room does not exist in the hotel. They blamed Expedia. Registration and getting any rooms was a nightmare. Main pool had lots of garbage in it
